Small and medium enterprises

The PREMIUM Business policy provides cover to small and medium enterprises. This insurance cover is for clients with assets up to €6 million and covers liability claims for up to €1 million. This insurance provides 360° all risk cover. Alongside the standard insurance for fixed and moveable assets including a wide range of additional insured items, it also covers business interruption, transport and operating risks and machinery failure. In addition to liability for damages caused by operations or defective products of the client, it also covers damage arising from the ownership of fixed assets, for environmental liability and liability for damages caused by the directors and officers of the company (D&O). A free assistance services are included within the policy.

The PREMIUM Business product is designed for small and medium sized businesses. It is aimed at organisations with up to 50 employees and a turnover of up to €10 million – legal entities (joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, cooperatives, towns, villages) and sole traders engaged in business activities (the self-employed, self-employed farmers and freelancers).

• FRANCHISE – instead of you paying the excess, we will settle any costs above the agreed franchise limit. You will not pay any excess.
• ONLINE – policies purchased online take effect from the date indicated on the proposal. The policy, with all the terms and conditions, will be sent to you by email. There is no need to sign a contract – the policy is valid as soon as the premium is paid on the date due.
