Free-of-charge assistance services are provided with respect to the Premium Household and Premium Business products. The provider of the assistance services is the company Europ Assistance s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Pankráci 1658/121, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic. The assistance services are provided to insured clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week upon calling the telephone number +421 2 2051 0837.
When contacting the assistance services, the caller shall be asked to provide information such as the name and surname of the insured person or the business name of the insured company, birth number or company identification number, insurance policy number and contact telephone number. Furthermore, the caller shall be asked by the assistance service operator to provide additional information on the address of the place of insurance and the circumstances relevant to determining the most appropriate assistance.
Assistance is provided in the event of technical accidents, natural disasters or blocked doors. The most frequently used assistance is the removal of sources of accidents – plumbing services, sewage cleaning, services provided by heating engineers, glaziers, electricians, chimneysweepers and others, arrangement of storage of undamaged items and their transport to a designated place, or protection of unsecured property. The Premium Household product also includes the provision of substitute accommodation to the insured persons and their transport to the place of the substitute accommodation.
