PREMIUM Insurance Company Limited is an insurance and reinsurance company, which was established in 2015 in Gibraltar, from where it relocated to the Republic of Malta in 2019 due to Brexit to maintain the company's access to the European market. PREMIUM Insurance Company Limited is registered in the Maltese Registry of Companies under registration number C 91171 with its registered office at Level 3, CF Business Centre, Triq Gort, STJ 3061, St Julian's, Malta, Maltská republika, from where it operates under a license authorizing to conduct insurance business issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority (https://www.mfsa.mt/) on 26 March 2019.
PREMIUM Insurance Company Limited has been operating in the Slovak market since 2017 through its subsidiary PREMIUM Poisťovňa, a branch of an insurance company from another Member State. The company offers a wide range of insurance solutions on the Slovak market, including corporate insurance, insurance for entrepreneurs, household insurance for individuals, and insurance for residential buildings. We believe we can provide unique, modern services because we understand our clients’ needs and possess the necessary knowledge, experience, and capital.
PREMIUM Insurance Company Limited entered the Czech market in June 2023 through its subsidiary PREMIUM Pojišťovna, Česká republika. The company offers a broad portfolio of products for corporate clients, including property, machinery, and business interruption insurance, as well as various types of liability insurance. It is gradually expanding its non-life insurance services to additional market segments.

Supervisory and registration authority
PREMIUM Insurance Company Limited is an insurance and reinsurance company that was established in Gibraltar in 2015 and licenced to conduct insurance activities in 2016 by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Following the decision of the United Kingdom to withdraw from the EU, the Company was re-domiciled in Malta to maintain access to the European single market. Premium received authorisation from the Malta Financial Services Industry in March 2019.In 2022, the company widened its Freedom of Services territories to include Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland and Croatia with the intent to capture risks in these territories with Slovak and Czech interests.
