Mr. Zaťko has been working in the insurance business for more than 18 years. During his career he has gained experience in various positions such as Product Manager in a car insurance operation or managing a team of product managers in ČSOB. He has also acquired project management skills as well as substantial underwriting experience in ČPS and Triglav. He was a member of the board of directors and the Director of General Insurance at Groupama insurance companyand subsequently led a team at ASTRA insurance company as well as business director of Union Insurance Company. Ondrej is delighted that he has been able to use all his previous experiences in the building of the new PREMIUM brand.

Mr.. Vatrta has been working in the insurance sector since 2007. He started his career in reinsurance moving thereafter intounderwriting.. He has specialised in general insurance, also gathering experience in project and process management within insurance organisations.
